Two teens found shot dead in Watauga neighborhood
The Watauga Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred Saturday afternoon.
At around 2:45pm, Watauga police and paramedics responded to the 5400 block of Caribou Ridge Drive at Bear Hollow Court for a shooting investigation.
Upon arrival, officers located two shooting victims inside of a vehicle parked on the street. Paramedics pronounced both victims deceased at the scene. The victims have been unofficially identified as two teenagers.
Police investigated the scene for hours yesterday afternoon, gathering evidence to determine what happened.
At this time, Watauga PD has not released any information regarding this incident. We will update this story with any new information when police release a statement.
