Man found shot dead in the driveway of his Arlington home

The Arlington Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred Thursday evening at a home in southeast Arlington.
At 10:43pm on Thursday night, Arlington police responded to a home in the 6000 block of Bay Hill Drive just off Silo Road for a reported shooting. When officers arrived, they located a 35-year-old man deceased in the driveway of his home. He had been shot multiple times.
Detectives say the suspect drove up to the residence, fired multiple shots, striking the victim, and drove off. They believe both had been involved in a prior dispute.
Officials do not believe this was a random act of violence.
