Driver found shot multiple times at busy Fort Worth QT

The Fort Worth Police Department is investigating a road rage shooting that reportedly occurred Friday night in the Magnolia area.
At 10:43pm, multiple emergency responders were dispatched to the QT at Hemphill and Rosedale for a gunshot wound victim. When officers arrived, they found a driver at one of gas pumps suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim told investigators he was driving on Magnolia Avenue between Main and Hemphill streets when there was an exchange with a second driver. The second driver pulled out a weapon and fired multiple shots into the victim’s vehicle, hitting him in the face, shoulder, and forearm.
After being shot, the man drove to the QT to seek medical assistance.
Medstar transported him to a local hospital in stable condition.
While this incident was being investigated on-scene, a separate shooting victim arrived at John Peter Smith Hospital requesting treatment for a gunshot wound. It is not known if these two incidents are related and the investigations are ongoing.
