Slick road causes chain of accidents involving 24 vehicles on I30 in Dallas
At around 8:00am this morning, Dallas Fire Rescue and Dallas County Sheriff’s Office responded to multiple accidents along eastbound I30 near Ferguson Road.
Authorities say slick roads from morning rain were a contributing factor in a serious of accidents that involved a total of 24 vehicles.
Five people were transported to area hospitals for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
All eastbound lanes of the highway were temporarily closed while law enforcement cleared the wrecked vehicles.
