Man struck, killed by vehicle in Fort Worth
The Fort Worth Police Department is investigating an auto-pedestrian collision that resulted in the death of a man.
On Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at approximately 4:40 a.m., officers responded to the 600 block of North Freeway / Toll Express Southbound lane and found that a male was struck by a vehicle.
The victim was pronounced deceased on scene.
The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will identify the victim once next-of-kin has been notified.
