Multiple vehicle crash claims life of female motorcyclist, FWPD says
On Sunday, April 12, at 10:38pm, Fort Worth Police and Fire/EMS responded to a major accident on southbound Interstate 35W near I20.
Officers arrived on scene and found a six-vehicle accident, according to FWPD.
Multiple individuals were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. One person, a female motorcyclist, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Southbound lanes of I35W were diverted onto I20 while FWPD’s Traffic Investigations Unit worked the scene.
The identity of the woman will be released by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.
