One person critically hurt in Balch Springs crash
At around 5:00am this morning, Balch Springs Fire and Police along with Medical Jets EMS responded to a major accident on eastbound I20 near Seagoville Road.
When emergency crews arrived, they located a collision involving major damage.
Air medical was on standby, but disregarded.
One person was transported to a local hospital with critical injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. We will update this story when BSPD releases more information.
