Major injuries reported at Grapevine crash
The Grapevine Police Department is investigating a serious crash at the intersection of Hall-Johnson Road and William D Tate (121 service road).
Reports indicate two vehicles involved with major damage. PD reported one patient with CPR in progress at the scene.
Medic 3 ground transported one patient to Baylor Grapevine with major injuries.
The intersection has been shut down while police investigate the scene. Expect closure for at least one or two hours. It’s best to avoid this area.
