Bullet comes through wall, grazes sleeping woman* at Fort Worth apartment
At 9:04am this morning, Fort Worth police responded to a shooting incident at the Salene Apartments, 9041 Brian Way Circle in west Fort Worth.
Officials say someone fired a bullet at the apartment complex which came through the wall of a bedroom. The bullet grazed a child in the head as she slept.
The child was treated on scene for a minor injury.
Gun Violence detectives are working the investigation.
*Update – Police now say the victim was not a child as originally reported. The victim is an adult female age 18 or 19.
