Suicidal woman prompts SWAT callout to Arlington neighborhood
At around 2:00pm on Saturday afternoon, Arlington police responded to a possible suicidal person at a home in the 4100 block of April Drive.
As officers knocked on the door to check on the individual, they heard a gunshot from inside the residence and retreated to safety.
A perimeter was set up and SWAT was mobilized to assist with the incident.
Eventually when officers made entry into the home, they located a woman deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
