Two young friends die in Johnson County crash; third in critical condition

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a fatality accident that occurred early Sunday morning along Farm to Market Road 3136 in Johnson County.
A family friend says three men and some friends were hanging out, celebrating one of them moving out on his own, when the three left in a vehicle.
As they traveled along FM 3136, the driver lost control near a curve and crashed. All three were ejected in the crash.
Two of them, a 22-year-old from Venus and a 21-year-old from Cleburne, were pronounced deceased at the scene. The third occupant was airlifted to a Fort Worth hospital in critical condition. There is no update on his condition as of Monday evening.
These three young men grew up together. Their families are going through a difficult time. A fund has been set up to help the third victim recovering in the hospital. You can view it here.
