Driver ejected, killed in Irving rollover crash
At approximately 12:40 am, Irving police responded to a fatality accident on IH 635.
The accident involved one vehicle that was traveling EB IH 635 that, for an unknown reason, went into the center median. The vehicle flipped numerous times ejecting the driver.
The driver died from their injuries. The passenger was in serious condition at last update.
All lanes EB and WB of IH 635 at SH 161 President George Bush Turnpike had to be closed due to the severity of the crash and the need to document evidence on both sides of the freeway.
The crash remains under investigation.
