Man killed in crash near Eagle Mountain Lake
On Monday, November 13, at around 1:05pm, multiple emergency responders were dispatched to a single-vehicle crash in the 9900 block of Morris Dido Newark Road near Eagle Mountain Plant Road.
First arriving units found a driver trapped in his vehicle after crashing into an electrical pole.
Firefighters extricated the man who was transported to a Fort Worth hospital, but shortly thereafter pronounced deceased.
He has been identified as a 69-year-old resident of Fort Worth.
The crash remains under investigation.
