Woman and her boyfriend struck by vehicle after confronting driver, Fort Worth police say

On Sunday, November 26, at 10:36pm, Fort Worth police responded to an auto pedestrian crash at the QuikTrip on Bryant Irvin Road.

Authorities say one person had allegedly sold her vehicle to another woman, and that woman had stopped making payments. The registered owner location the vehicle at a gas pump where she and her boyfriend blocked it in with two vehicles. An argument ensued, causing the driver the back into the vehicle owner and her boyfriend. She then drove off.

The vehicle owner and her boyfriend suffered serious injuries. They were transported to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The woman drove a short distance and called police. She is cooperating with the investigation.

Detectives will determine if any charges will be filed.
