Suspect arrested after pursuit, standoff in North Richland Hills

On August 3, 2024, at approximately 12:04pm, North Richland Hills Police Department responded to a family disturbance in the 7900 block of Harwood in which the suspect was reported to be actively assaulting the victim. As officers arrived, the suspect fled the scene in a vehicle, at which point, officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop.
