Seven hour standoff ends in Frisco with suspect in custody; kids safe

Also, inside were two young children.
Frisco SWAT, as well as McKinney SWAT members and negotiators, soon arrived on the scene.
After nearly seven hours of negotiation, both children were safely removed from the house.
