Four shot, two fatally, during fight at Fort Worth house party
On Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 3:32 a.m., Fort Worth officers were called to a shooting in the 4300 block of Martin Street.
Officers arrived on scene and learned that a large gathering was occurring in the backyard of a residence at this location.
At one point, a fight occurred between two people, an adult male and an adult female that knew each other.
A separate adult male intervened and the two men engaged in a fight that escalated to where both produced firearms and shots were fired from both men. A total of four men were shot.
Fort Worth Fire arrived and provided medical treatment. Two were pronounced deceased on scene which included the one male that had intervened.
Two were transported to local hospital(s) with gunshot wounds which included the other identified shooter. Their current conditions are unknown.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the manner, cause of death, and identity of the deceased.
