Motorcyclist dies in hospital after crash in Arlington

The Arlington Police Department is investigating a major accident involving a motorcycle that occurred around 3:15PM on Wednesday, April 15th, in the 2700 block of NW Green Oaks Blvd.

Police say a motorcycle was traveling northbound on NW Green Oaks when a vehicle turned in front of the cycle at the intersection of Randol Mill Road.

The motorcyclist collided with the vehicle, and was ejected.

EMS transported the motorcyclist to JPS, but she was pronounced deceased yesterday (Friday) morning at the hospital.

The victim has been identified as a 53-year-old woman from Fort Worth.

The crash remains under investigation.
