Pedestrian killed on I30 in west Fort Worth
Just after 8:00am this morning, Fort Worth FD, PD, and Medstar EMS responded to the westbound lanes of I30 near Chapel Creek Blvd.
When emergency personnel arrived on scene, they located the body of an adult woman. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Westbound lanes of the highway were closed while FWPD investigated the scene. The lanes have since been reopened.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
