Lyft driver shot three times by passenger, Fort Worth police say
At 7:53pm this evening, Fort Worth police responded to reports of a shooting near the 8100 block of Cassie Lane in south Fort Worth.
Officials say an adult male Lyft driver was shot three times by his passenger that he dropped off at the location.
The driver was transported to a nearby hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
The suspect fled the scene and has not been apprehended.
