UPDATE: Vehicle crashes off bridge and rolls into creekbed in south Fort Worth
The Fort Worth Fire Department, Police Department, and MedStar EMS all responded to a major accident involving a vehicle rollover just after 9:30PM this evening.
Emergency personnel arrived on scene and found a vehicle had crashed off the roadway and into a creek bed along Altamesa Blvd near the Hemphill Street intersection in south Fort Worth.
Firefighters quickly located two patients with the vehicle. They were able to extricate them from the scene and into MedStar ambulances.
MedStar EMS transported two patients from the scene with potentially serious injuries. Paramedics noted the vehicle plunged approximately 50-75 feet off the bridge.
Units are working to clear up the scene now.
