[UPDATED] Carrollton PD charging teenager with Terrorist Threat after she appeared in Snapchat video “infecting everyone” at Walmart

The Carrollton Police Department is looking for an 18-year-old female after she reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 and appeared in a Snapchat video intentionally infecting consumers at a local Walmart.

Police say Lorraine Maradiaga has been charged with a Terrorist Threat after a video surfaced of her at a local Walmart “infesting every mother****** here.” The video appeared in a Snapchat series of videos, which included a video of her reportedly receiving a test for COVID-19.

“We have no confirmation if Maradiaga is actually a threat to public health,” said Carrollton PD, after she claimed to be sick with the virus in her videos. “We are, however, taking her social media actions very seriously.”

“If I’m going down, all y’all [expletive] are going down!”

She then appeared in a video telling her followers that if they want the virus, to call her and she will come cough on them.

Although it is not confirmed that she actually has the virus, a video in her Snapchat series indicates a woman, possibly a healthcare worker asking her, “Now where are you going to go now?” She answered home.

Carrollton PD has not located her yet. If you know where she is, call (972) 466-3333 or CrimeTips@CityofCarrollton.com.

UPDATE: The 18-year-old has been charged with a felony for videoing herself in a Walmart “infesting” people with the Coronavirus.
