10 people shot during outdoor concert in Dallas

The Dallas Police Department is investigating a mass casualty shooting that occurred late Saturday at an outdoor concert in the 5000 block of Cleveland Road.

At 11:36pm, Dallas police responded to the scene and located multiple individuals who had been shot. Several Dallas Fire Rescue ambulances responded to the scene as well.

Police have confirmed 10 people were shot during the trail ride / concert event, including three juveniles. One person has died from their injuries. All others are receiving medical treatment at Dallas area hospitals.

“Block off Cleveland Road, we got a lot of people running around,” officers reported as they arrived on the scene.

A Dodge Charger was spotted leaving the scene at a high rate of speed northbound on Bonnie View Road. The vehicle did not have headlights on. It was last spotted headed eastbound on the I-20 service road. At this time, it is unclear if this was a possible suspect or a victim fleeing to a hospital.
