UPDATE: 3 shot at the State Fair of Texas

On Saturday evening, October 14, at around 7:45pm, Dallas police responded to a shooting at the Tower Building on the grounds of the Texas State Fair. A crime scene was located near the food court area.
First arriving officers located three individuals with gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire Rescue had staged multiple ambulances at Fire Station #44, just outside the fairgrounds, where victims were taken to awaiting ambulances for transport. Authorities say none of the victims have sustained life-threatening injuries.
A preliminary investigation has determined one man shot another man. The suspect ran from the scene, but was quickly apprehended. Officers reviewed security footage from outside the location and confirmed he was the suspect.
A gun was also recovered. The individuals involved have also been identified.
Shortly after the incident, the State Fair announced its closure and advised all attendees to exit the park.
The investigation is ongoing.
